Therapy for growth and grounding
You and all your parts are welcome here
Welcome, I’m Dian. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Registered Psychologist offering a grounded, relational, and culturally attuned space for therapy. My work integrates evidence-based approaches with deep curiosity and care to support you through life’s transitions, inner conflicts, and complex relationships.
Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your full self. Whether you’re navigating life as a caregiver, immigrant, partner, child, parent, queer person, or ethnic minority - or holding many of these identities - I offer a steady and spacious presence to walk alongside you as you make room for the life you want to live.
Feel free to explore this space to learn more about what therapy with me is like. It’s a privilege to be part of your journey.

“I look like I have it together, but I'm quietly falling apart"
You’re the dependable one - at work, at home, for your friends. But inside, you're stretched thin. Maybe it's burnout. Maybe you're just done performing. You want space to breathe, feel, and finally hear your own voice again.
In therapy, we’ll move gently, at your pace, toward clarity, self-leadership, and rest.
Is this you?
Here are some stories that might feel familiar, and how therapy might look like for you.
(And if your story isn't here - it's still very welcome)
“We love each other, but we keep missing each other”
You and your partner(s) are trying - but communication feels stuck. You’re tired of the same patterns, or maybe unsure if you’re even on the same page anymore.
In couples therapy, we slow down the noise and help you re-learn how to connect, with empathy, safety, and direction.
“There's a part of me that feels wrong or unacceptable”
You live between identities - queer, cross-cultural, neurodivergent, immigrant, or all of the above. You’ve learned to keep parts hidden to stay safe. But now you want something different: integration, freedom, belonging.
In therapy, you can bring your whole self. No performance. No need to shrink.
“I am always overthinking"
You replay conversations from last week, wondering if you said something wrong. You always worry you've upset someone. You’ve always been on alert, even when nothing’s happening. The tension never really leaves your body.
In therapy, we get curious. We honour the part of you that learned to protect—and gently explore what safety could look like now.
Your journey begins here
Individual Therapy
A space to slow down, tune in, and get to know yourself more deeply. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, past trauma, or simply sensing that something inside needs attention; individual therapy offers a steady place to reflect, feel, and grow at your own pace.
Relationship Therapy
Support for couples and partners of all kinds: monogamous, polyamorous, queer, hetero, open, or undefined. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, or a major life shift, relationship therapy offers a grounded space to slow down, be heard, and find new ways to understand and care for each other.

I am not sure what to expect, or if therapy is right for me…
What to expect
Before the First Session
We begin with a 15–20 minute introductory call (free of charge) to see if we’re a good fit. You can also use this opportunity to ask any question about the therapeutic process or about me as a therapist.
The First Session
Our first session will focus on getting to know you, your story, and what’s bringing you in now. There's no pressure to share everything, just whatever feels relevant to start with.
Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, depending on your pace and needs. Some sessions may be conversational, others more experiential. We might map out inner parts, explore family or cultural influences, or pause to check in with your nervous system. Sometimes, we’ll use worksheets or tools; sometimes, we’ll sit with silence and let something deeper emerge.
Your Pace, Your Process
There’s no right way to do therapy here. We collaborate, we check in, and we adjust together. Growth can look like insight, or softness, or simply showing up when it feels hard to. That counts too.
This Might Be a Good Fit If…
You’re navigating relationship challenges, burnout, or life transitions
You’re curious about your patterns and want to understand yourself more deeply
You’re a trauma survivor or living with complex PTSD
You hold multiple minority identities, and want therapy that doesn’t need explaining
You’ve done therapy before, but want something slower, deeper, and more relational
