Relational, inclusive, and grounded support for your inner and outer world.

My services

I provide in-person and online therapy for adults.

Whether you’re coming on your own or with a partner, therapy with me offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect - with yourself and with those who matter.

Individual therapy supports you in exploring inner tensions, life transitions, and questions of identity or belonging.

Relationship/ couple therapy welcomes all forms of partnership - queer, straight, monogamous, open, or poly - and helps you move through challenges with more clarity, empathy, and care.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Therapy here doesn’t mean fixing yourself.

It means making space - to listen inward, explore gently, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been managing, hiding, or hurting.

Here, you’ll find a space that’s relational, grounded, and affirming. I show up as a therapist, but I come as a fellow human too. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I’ll walk alongside you as we get curious together.

Whether you're navigating a specific issue or simply sensing that something in you wants more space, therapy is a place where you don’t have to perform, shrink, or explain everything upfront. You can come as you are, even if you’re not quite sure what you need yet.

My Approach

I work from a foundation that is both structured and intuitive. You can expect therapy with me to be spacious enough to follow what’s alive for you, while still holding a clear thread toward your goals and growth.

You might come in talking about burnout, people-pleasing, a relationship conflict, or a vague sense of disconnection. Together, we’ll slow it down. We’ll listen - not just to the words, but to what’s happening inside you. I may invite you to notice what a part of you is feeling, or what your body is telling you. We work gently, but with depth.

Depending on your needs, I integrate several approaches.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY:

Internal Family Systems (IFS): Helping you connect with different “parts” of yourself - those that protect, those that carry pain, and the deeper self that can lead with compassion.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A somatic and structured method to gently reprocess trauma or distressing experiences, without needing to retell everything.

Schema Therapy: Making sense of long-standing patterns and unmet needs that may stem from early life experiences - and creating new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

RELATIONSHIP/ COUPLE THERAPY:

Gottman-Method Couple Therapy: Evidence-based tools and frameworks to help couples reduce conflict, deepen emotional connection, and build trust over time.

IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out): IFIO helps couples deepen connection by understanding the inner worlds behind their own and their partner’s actions and reactions.

What to expect

Before the First Session

We begin with a 15–20 minute introductory call (free of charge) to see if we’re a good fit. You can also use this opportunity to ask any question about the therapeutic process or about me as a therapist.

The First Session

Our first session will focus on getting to know you, your story, and what’s bringing you in now. There's no pressure to share everything - just whatever feels relevant to start with.

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, depending on your pace and needs. Some sessions may be conversational, others more experiential. We might map out inner parts, explore family or cultural influences, or pause to check in with your nervous system. Sometimes, we’ll use worksheets or tools; sometimes, we’ll sit with silence and let something deeper emerge.

Your Pace, Your Process

There’s no right way to do therapy here. We collaborate, we check in, and we adjust together. Growth can look like insight, or softness, or simply showing up when it feels hard to. That counts too.

This might be a good fit if…

You’re navigating relationship challenges, burnout, or life transitions

You’re curious about your patterns and want to understand yourself more deeply

You’re a trauma survivor or living with PTSD

You hold multiple minority identities - and want therapy that doesn’t need explaining

You’ve done therapy before, but want something slower, deeper, and more relational
